Deliveries
Purchases outside of the UK may be charged with import duties and taxes. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order.
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns
To return items, please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return. Include whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service in future.
You have 30 days to return faulty goods and receive a full refund.
If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer’s name and their order number. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.
Postage charges for returning goods are the customer’s responsibility. Please request a proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Please allow up to 21 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Conditions for returns
All items must be returned in their original condition – clean, unworn and with all tags attached – together with the returns form. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
Refunds
As soon as we have received your return we will issue a refund. Please note that it takes up to 10 working days for the money to arrive back to the consumers bank account depending on the chosen payment method.
