1. Introduction

This website is managed by Chirimoya (hereinafter referred to as Chirimoya or We), company registration number FN 604613, Chirimoya, Lindengasse 25/2, Vienna 1070, Austria.

2. Orders

After purchasing an item on chirimoya.com, the customer will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation.
All purchases are binding. If an order is mistakenly placed, please contact us immediately after you have made the purchase.

We reserve the right to reject any order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact the consumer and issue a refund as soon as possible.

3. Pricing, currencies and duties

All prices are in EUR and CHF and are inclusive of VAT.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Shipping Delays

We are handling all orders as fast as possible. Please note that orders are being processed during working hours on weekdays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

To return items, please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return. Include whether you would like an exchange or refund and why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service in future.

You have 30 days to return faulty goods and receive a full refund.

If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the buyer’s name and their order number. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.

Postage charges for returning goods are your responsibility. Please request a proof of postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Please allow up to 21 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Conditions for returns

All items must be returned in their original condition – clean, unworn and with all tags attached – together with the returns form. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.

Refunds

As soon as we have received your return  we will issue a refund. Please note that it takes up to 10 working days for the money to arrive back to the consumers bank account depending on the chosen payment method.

7. Privacy

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. We have instituted strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us. When you register online with Chirimoya, you give us your consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. This privacy policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by Chirimoya. Data which is transferred to a third party is solely used in order to fulfil the obligations from Chirimoya to you as a customer. We may transfer data to the third party vendors of Chirimoya if necessary – for example in connection with deliveries (your address) or payments (your bank details) but only to make your purchase and experience with Chirimoya as smooth as possible.

8. Cookies

Cookies are used on the site, in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be used if cookies are disallowed.
